Kevin C. Brague graduated from Arizona State University cum laude in 1998. He graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2002. In 2005 he began practicing in Oregon as a civil litigation advocate for education law and personal injury.
After a few years working for firms in Portland, Kevin decided he needed to begin his own firm. He now represents individuals, students, and small businesses in resolving disputes through administrative processes, mediation, arbitration, or court.
The firm represents individuals who have been harmed by others – whether personally like in an automobile accident, or by an institution through abuse or violation of civil rights.
Kevin is a trial attorney and has litigated many cases against businesses and insurance companies. He has also gone up against colleges, universities, trade schools, and K-12 school districts on behalf of people that need legal representation. He advocates and represents the interests of persons who are injured, as well as those persons who require accommodations, IEPs, or other special needs related to their education.
The Brague Law Firm has obtained positive results on behalf of those hurt in auto accidents, business disputes, or by others who were harmed. This includes schools, trade schools, colleges, and universities.
